11-Bodywork for Men, Reichian Therapy, Bioenergetics & Understanding
Reichian Therapy, Bioenergetics and Bodywork for men specifically, opens the male state to the deeper feelings that they are encouraged to suppress from an early age and acts to resolve the resulting anger and unfulfilled need. The work is both analytical and physical, the purpose being to understand the processes and consequences of limitation and how it negatively affects our relationships, and to release energy that is held in the body structure.
For men, the trip into the body encompasses the resolution of old hurts, anger and experiencing the power of the physique in a feeling way. Understanding our feelings helps to widen our expression and opens the way to perceiving the world from a completely different angle. Once a man starts to understand himself fully and come to terms with the fullness of his masculinity, he will understand other relationships he has from a feeling perspective. Close relationships with partners, children and work colleges become non threatening and more rewarding as the individuality of the body state is identified and experienced.
When a man starts to live in a way that expresses the inner nature of his being, he experiences a level of intuition and appreciation of the forces of nature that would otherwise have been unavailable to him. The concentration on the externals of life rather than listening to the inner life, pulls a man away from himself and hardens the body state in a way that limits self expression and the ability to be open. This in turn affects the ability to let go fully within the realms of love.
Bodywork touches the inner drives of the being and the understanding gained changes our perspective so that fulfilling relationships can be lived and satisfaction from self expression can be gained.
All human beings have the ability to understand everything there is to know about life, and our place in the universe. Anybody who wants to, can touch on the knowing of the body, the intuition that is innate in all people, can learn to satisfy their deeper needs and give and receive love in a way that upholds the highest of ideals. In the end it comes down to trusting yourself and your feelings. Your body is the closest thing you have to this planet, it has been built for this earth and is capable of living in the most fulfilling way possible. Your body understands everything there is to know about life and this planet and you can access that knowledge by trusting your feelings and understanding the language of the body.

Normal session rates for therapy are $120.00 per hour for individuals.
Intensives are one session per day on consecutive days and are $100.00 per hour.
Couples on normal session rates are $100.00 each per hour and $90.00 each per hour on Intensives.
